Rustic, powerful, and unmistakably wild—this statement pendant features a lost-wax cast bronze jaguar/leopard with a richly aged patina. Subtle green oxidation (verdigris) adds character and depth, and I’ve preserved the metal with a protective metal wax to help maintain the finish.
The cat is finished with a hand-sculpted bail (my proprietary sculpting medium), then etched, painted, and sealed with a high-gloss glaze. Suspended from a 20" jute/hemp rope with sculpted end caps and rustic bronze hardware, it wears like a talisman—rocker-chic, ceremonial, and unisex.
Equally striking worn as a bold chest piece or displayed as an art object when not in use.
