Shipping policy

Items ship within 3-5 business days following the placement of an order, and are sent via USPS Priority Mail.  This is considered the processing time.  Once the item ships you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can follow the delivery progress online.  USPS Priority mail is usually three days, but oftentimes sooner depending upon where you are located.  This is the shipping time.  You can expect to receive your order by adding the processing time to the shipping time for a rough estimate as to when you will receive your order.  If you need your merchandise sooner, please email me before you place your order to avoid disappointment.    Shipping is free with purchases of $400 or more and $15.00 with purchases of $399.99 or less. Seller is not responsible for courier delays (natural disasters, inclement weather, etc.).

Kat Kouture reserves the right to cancel and refund, without notice, any current and future order(s) with a buyer who disrespects the shipping policy. Said buyer will forfeit any future right to shop at Kat Kouture Jewelry Designs.
