Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within one hour from the time of your purchase provided processing has not begun and the order has not shipped.  Email katkouturejewelrydesigns@gmail.com with your request.  After the one-hour cancellation window, all sales are final and returns are not accepted.  Because Kat Kouture Jewelry pieces are one-of-a-kind and removed from availability immediately upon purchase, repeat cancellations may result in a ban on purchasing and the cancellation of future orders.
