Refund policy

If an item arrives damaged, I will repair it free of charge.  Please email me for a postage paid return label. 

I offer exchanges only for an item of equal or greater value, but no outright returns.   Once received, it must be in the exact same condition it was when sent.   Buyer is responsible for the return postage on an exchange and the new postage.  If the new item is of greater cost then the item being exchanged, buyer will need to submit payment for the difference first before the item ships out.
