Return Policy (Effective 11/1/24)
Effective 11/1/24, I have a revised return policy. I will accept jewelry returns in exchange for a store credit, only, and pursuant to compliance with the specifics of this return policy. To initiate a return, I need to be contacted via email within 5 days (includes weekends and holidays) after the verified receipt of the tracked item/s for a return to be approved. The item should be returned to me within 10 business days, unworn and unused, with tracking following my approval of your return. Buyer needs to pay for the return shipping and I need to receive the item back in the exact same condition it was upon being shipped. Upon receipt, I will issue you a credit for the amount of the item. Buyer will be responsible for the new shipping charge. Custom and commissioned orders are exempt.
Items in the "Final Sale" collection as well as any item promoted during a special sale are indeed FINAL SALE, and not returnable. In addition, earrings cannot be returned given acceptable retail hygienic standards.
