Tall Czech Cut Glass Perfume Bottle, Ornate Czechoslovakian Cologne Bottle, Vintage Vanity Items

I have enjoyed this bottle for many years, and now it's time to give someone else the pleasure.  I do believe this is cut glass given it's "roughness" but I cannot guarantee it.  the bottle stands a stately 7.5" in height and 4.5" in width.  I do not see any maker's mark.  The dauber is broken but that does not deter from the bottle's beauty.  I note no chips, fleabites or scratches other than a few on the bottom which are to be expected and commensurate with wear.  From the Atelier of Kat Kouture!
