Septarian Slab Rhinestone Statement Pendant - Earthy Avant Garde

This dramatic Septarian Statement Pendant combines raw geological character with Art Deco glamour in a one-of-a-kind piece of wearable sculpture.

A substantial septarian slab has been set into my proprietary hand-sculpted material, which was individually shaped around the stone, painted in a rich metallic golden-bronze finish, and sealed beneath a high-gloss glaze. An ornate Art Deco-inspired rhinestone jewel embellishes the lower portion of the pendant, adding unexpected brilliance and contrast to the earthy mineral surface.

The pendant measures approximately 7" x 3.5" including the hand-sculpted bail and is suspended from a 28" beige silk cord. The necklace is finished with silvertone metal hardware, sculpted end fittings, and a lobster claw closure.

Septarian is sometimes referred to as a “dragon stone” or “dragon’s egg” when found intact in geode form, making its naturally fractured patterns especially distinctive.

This piece can move surprisingly easily between relaxed and elevated styling—equally at home with distressed denim, bohemian layers, or more dramatic evening attire.

PLEASE NOTE: The septarian slab has been glazed, so reflections may appear across its surface in some photographs. Any apparent pink coloration is simply reflected light from my drapes and is not present in the actual stone.
