Bold, substantial, and unapologetically dramatic, this one-of-a-kind statement necklace is built around a striking rhodonite slab measuring approximately 7" x 5.5".
The slab is embellished with three rows of rhinestones, adding sparkle and contrast to the stone’s natural matrix. I lightly glazed the front only to enrich the surface and emphasize the rhodonite’s organic patterning.
The pendant is suspended from a bold double strand of oversized geometric “strawberry quartz” cubes, separated by tiny polished gold-tone spacer beads. The quartz has a beautiful pinky salmon-coral coloration in person and appears more pink than orange; some photographs may render the color warmer than it actually is.
Two ornate gold-tone filigree beads flank the pendant, while a third filigree bead is centered on the inner strand for added symmetry and detail. The necklace closes with a medium-size gold-tone lobster-claw clasp and adjusts from approximately 18" to 20".
