From my private collection.  Two strands of red branch coral, shiny gold tone metal balls and fancy tail baroque freshwater pearls comprise this stunning, haute couture double strand statement necklace.  On average, the corals range in size from the smallest at 2" to the largest at 3.5".  The pearls average about 2.5" apiece and have a high-luster or nacre content.  This adjusts from 20-23" and closes with gold tone hardware, a lobster claw clasp and a 3" extender chain.  Piece has weight so please know your tolerance before you purchase.  From the Atelier of Kat Kouture.
