This double-strand sculptural necklace is grounded in earth, texture, and presence.
Measuring 22–25" with an adjustable fit, the composition layers organic and elemental materials into a piece that feels both ancient and contemporary. The outer strand is anchored by an African Yoruba brass bead focal, flanked by richly varied components including Tibetan repoussé brass, horn, bone, coral, wood, Moroccan resin, and abalone shell.
Subtle accents of blue African recycled glass and deep green stones introduce contrast and depth within an otherwise neutral, earth-driven palette. Mixed metals and rhinestone rondelles add controlled points of light, preventing the piece from becoming too heavy or static.
Despite its scale and visual density, the necklace remains lightweight and comfortable to wear. It is finished with gold tone hardware and a decorative hook closure, allowing for slight length adjustment and a secure fit.
