This piece is from my very early work and features green-blue slab gemstones.  I cannot recall exactly, but I believe these are howlite or magnessite and are designed to resemble real turquoise without the high price.  I placed an individual knot among every three beads so if breakage were to occur, you would not lose all the gemstones.  This non-adjustable necklace measures 23" and closes with a toggle clasp.  It is a dense piece and has some weight.  Stunning worn alone or layered with others such as coral, amber, copper, sterling silver, chrysocolla, turquoise, etc.  Unisex styled so appropriate for both men and women.  OOAK Wearable Art from the Atelier of Kat Kouture!
