This Avant Garde fetish choker or neck collar is made from a tire's rubber inner tube.  It measures 18.5" in length and approximately 6" in width.  The back fastens with black velcro strips.  There is a silver aurora borealis rhinestone or crystal skull that you can remove if needed to wear plain, or attach a jewel of your own for a variety of different looks.  The intermittant white spots (on the back) are from the manufacturers branding on the tire and the lettering will not come off.  This would be a great accessory for BDSM or Cosplay.  OOAK Wearable Art from the Atelier of Kat Kouture.  (only long and thin necks should rock this look)
