OOAK Upcycled Medusa Statement Necklace
A dramatic, one-of-a-kind statement necklace created around an upcycled vintage Art Nouveau–inspired Medusa brass plate. The lightweight centerpiece has a richly aged gold tone and is finished with three articulated bead dangles that bring movement, texture, and ceremonial presence to the design.
The dangles incorporate handcrafted Ethiopian copper beads, Tibetan brass coins, Tibetan silver-tone spacers, hematite, acrylic leopard-pattern beads, rhinestone rondelles, bronze bicone beads, and tiny gold-tone metal accents.
The upper necklace continues the opulent mixed-metal theme with handmade Tibetan brass bicones, 20 mm clear-and-gold rhinestone beads, gold-tone bicones, and copper and gunmetal Tibetan spacers.
The necklace adjusts from approximately 15 to 20 inches and closes with a gold-tone lobster clasp. A decorative 3-inch gold-tone dangle finishes the extender chain.
Despite its commanding scale and visual impact, the necklace is exceptionally lightweight and comfortable to wear.
