Here is a smaller version of the African lost wax brass Baule (Ivory Coast) sundisk tribal statement necklace finished with a butterfly motif and a silver tone metal casting. Adjusting from 16-18" the beaded portion is lightweight while the metal disks have some weight. The gold metallic wood beads are separated from each other with small gold tone wavy metal disks on the outer most strand. The inner strand has no spacers. I tried this on and I did not have any neck strain given that your sternum supports most of the weight. Closes with a gold tone metal hook and eye along with a 2" extender chain which I can lengthen free of charge. The mixed metals make this quite versatile.
