OOAK Unisex Turquoise, Patterned Bead and Gold-Tone Statement Necklace
Boldly graphic and richly dimensional, this one-of-a-kind necklace combines saturated turquoise, warm amber, carved textures, dramatic black-and-cream patterning, and ornate gold-tone metalwork.
Two graduated strands create the substantial silhouette. Large turquoise-colored magnesite rondelle beads form the inner strand, interspersed with warm wood rondelles, gold metal rounds, zebu round rondelles, African lost wax brass beads, lost wax brass ring spacers and African ebony beads. The outer strand features oversized cream-and-dark zebu bone beads with African lost wax brass antique-gold accents, magnesite rondelles, zebu rondelles and wood rondelles culminating in a sculptural Tibetan brass repousse focal bead at the center.
Ornate gold-tone filigree barrels and stacked black, cream, and metallic disc beads complete the upper portion of the necklace, adding architectural structure while allowing the bold focal beads to remain dominant.
The necklace adjusts from approximately 19" to 22" and closes with silver-tone hardware, a lobster claw clasp, and extender chain. This piece does have some weight so please know your tolerance for heavier statement pieces before your purchase.
Designed without regard to gender, this substantial necklace may be worn as tribal-inspired adornment, contemporary statement jewelry, or collectible wearable art.
