This is an authentic, Miao or Hmong Ceremonial Torc or Torque featuring two dragons, two birds and a Pagoda. It has aquired a bit of patina over time which I will leave to the buyer to preserve or remove. These ARE NOT STERLING SILVER but rather primarily an alloy the majority of which is white brass. Sterling silver simply is not available in this part of the world, and if it is used, it is used ONLY in trace amounts. This piece measures approximately 12" x 13" and fastens with a hook clasp. When not being worn (if ever) is displays beautifully as either room decor or wall art. Presented to you from the Atelier of Kat Kouture! If you do decide to wear it, it is not particularly heavy since the interior is hollow. (These are usually sold for $500 to $1000 but since this is older and dented inventory, I am offering it at a reduced price) Since the original posting, this item suffered some accidental damage when I dropped another item on it and it left a concave dent in the center.
